Hari Raya Haji coming.
dang, my work place is gonna be crowded =/
know what do malays do ?
they fast.
they celeb by slaughtering lambs in thier own mosque on that day!
live lambs are delivered to the mosque early in the morning .
then they slaughter them as a sacrifice .
animal cruelty?
prob not.
they slaughter it and gave the meat to those familes that are less fortunate.
some hasn't been eating meat for years!
they'r too poor to afford, so there goes the lamb.
notice some malays wear those long hats?
usually black or white.
it means more then just an hat.
the white one represents the person has been to the holy ground.
which is, the highest point of religious act they can go.
the black one just means the opposite.
it requires them to work and save up to at least 6k on flight solely.
blood money, no scams, no easy bets. just pure hard work.
6k accomodates the flight to ARAB alone.
excluding meals and lodge.
each country will send a few representives.
more then 10 thousand people will set flight on this journey at once.
they have to walk hundreds or mayb thousands of kilometres to reach thier destination.
usuall takes a month.
during this journey, usually hundreds will perish.
they could not even talk throughout the whole journey.
so strict that if u see a fly on ur face, once u slapped it, gradually u will be punished.
ur face will be evolved to look like an fly !
talk about religion, they sure are holy O.O!
