thursday night outing. in search of 'Maple' mushroom.

suppose to meet up with my mom.
called her multiple times but to no avail.
called kenneth instead.
"Hello, kenneth ? do you know where's my mom ? im supposed to meet her today but she cant be contacted. is she @ home ?"
"Oh, she's not at home. she's at Mount E."
"Mount E?"
"Mount Elizabeth Hospital.."
"WHAT? what happened to her?"
"You want to know what happen, you go visit her"
rush down str8 to Mount E @ orchard.
reached and didn't know where is she warded.
All i know was ken told me something about ICU @ lvl 3.
Reached, took a lift to lvl 3.
ICU , HDU , DCU .
which is it ??
Intensive care , High dependency or delivery unit ?
can't be delivery , had no idea . Started to get frantic .
Nurses saw me, questioned .
Went over to ICU reception, asked about my mom.
Looked @ the patients board name.
Phew. Mom's not there ..
Next, headed to HDU.
Saw my mom lying there with kenneth.
Tears roll-ed down my eyes.
She's trying to eat but too weak.
Hands trembling seriously .
She can't even lift a plastic spoon.
Burst into tears.
Keep questioning her what happen.
she wouldn't tell me.
Asked if i had eaten, kenneth will tell me what happen on the way.
she urged me to go eat first. let kenneth explain to me.
Met up with my mom's company doctor.
Begin to realize she's actually suffering from serious depression.
all because of my DAD
She took over 50+ pills intended to control her depression state.
over-dosaged.
made her frail and weak.
lot's of stuffs she's not telling me.
haiz . i felt so useless !
Accompanied her for hours before i left.
Just couldn't accept it. Stuffs kept pouring down in my mind.
