Went to e nearest polyclinic for MC~
Had to take our temperature and sorts.

Decided to whip up some homecooked dish b4 leaving work!
at the same time prepare for sat as baby is coming over (:

The ingredients

Minced Meat
Fresh Boiled Potatoes (Mashed)

Flour , Egg , Potato
Shaped the Potato with the Minced Meat in it (:

Soak it in Egg,
Followed by coating of flour !

dip it in boiling oil!
Deep-Fry WhoaAA!

End Result ,
Crispy Potato Cutlets!

Actually used the wrong flour.
GrandMa bought Flour for deep-frying Chix :S
Nevertheless.. Delicious!

Shall swap chix flour with tempura flour on sat instead.

just came back from visiting James @ TTS hospital.
shan't spill muc aout how his accident happened but..

Seeing him like this make me felt helpless.
All we can do is encourage him morally.
Tears dripped from our eyes when i saw him in such a state..

Was scouting for my next bigger bike .
Hence, i stepped into this shop which displays an array of bikes.

SalesMan : Just deposit $50 !and i'll reserved the bike for you. Trust me. Its in good condition bla.. blaa blaaa.. and its REFUNDABLE TOO!

2 Hooligans approached us .

Hooligan 1 : "Did all of you saw a malay guy riding bicycle pass here ?"

a cyclist conveniently rode pass us .

After which they thrashed the bikes again.

Wheel came rolling out lol.

Few days ago i just visited you ! you were smiling and shaking legs and all.

"Hi mom !"

sobbing in tears . . .

"Gong Gong (i call my grand pa that.) is in hospital now. Alexandra Hospital"

"HUH? What time did he admit to ? What happen !?"

"Gong Gong had a lung failure and is in ICU now . Ward 6 . ." ICU - intensive care unit

"What the .. ok MOM . i'll be there as soon as possible!"

Saw the rest of the family sitting down in the ICU ward .
With Grand-Ma sitting emotionless.
It's too big of a trauma for her .

Mom brought me to see Gong Gong .

Nurse : "Are you in a hurry ? Cause we are checking the necessities, 30 minutes will do"

Went back to the waiting area.
Heart pounding and worried.
Wha'ts going to happen to my beloved Grand Pa ?

After 30 mins . .

Mom grabbed my hand and immedietly looked for Grand Pa .
The moment i saw him . .
Tears flow down my cheeks.
His life is surviving on a machine.
It just hurts me to see him being pierced by countless tubes.

"Gong Gong , wake up please. Don't fall this time ! We need you !"

Sobbing . . . Whispering to him . .

"Gong Gong , i still remember that you always gave me the largest ang pao on every occasion . . You would pamper me with love everytime i stay over at your place. stay strong .."

Mom : " Mommy tried to approach you, trying to give the best to you. But everytime i try, you shut the doors . I thought maybe others can try. Mommy thought you can't communicate so i approach Jennifer Aunty to speak to you.. Did you know she also concerns alot for you? Infact, all of us are.. "

"It's not that i didn't want to share my problems and stuffs. It's IN ME . Remember when we are together as a family. . I always kept problems within my self. That's the problem. I kept everything to myself and let time heals. But everytime i do that, i fall apart gravely. Have i got any choice ?"

Mom : "Sorry, mummy can't do anything too.. i tried to help you.. financially ; but your father made me suffered so much. I'm still paying off his debts. If not for him and the house , i woulnd't have lost 130k .. "

"That's why i've veen hanging out with my friends. Trying to ease everything. I just felt very comfortable with them. But it has it's limits. They can only do to such an extent. I can't confide everything to them . So part of me is still literally Hanging .

Mom : " How did you get to know them ? Then do you know their family background ?

"There's this very good friend of mine. We went through our driving license course together. Once, i waited for them coming back from JB . His handphone is with me so while waiting, i just listen to music and stuffs. I browse through his inbox, saw his family messages. "Gor Gor loves you. Come back early ok. Everyone worried for you (:" ; " Still don't come back ? I'm going to cane you when u come back ar. haha " Supposedly from his mom. Those few messages, how i yearn for that family warmth again . ."

Tears rolled down on my mom's cheeks.

Mom : "when mommy wanted a divorce , you chose Pa Pa. You didn't reject him so i thought, & he said he would fight for you , i let him have it because i thought he will take care of you. Sorry .."

"It's not your fault mom.. none of us wanted this to happen..

After having heart to heart talks with my mom..

She's trying to eat but too weak.
Hands trembling seriously .
She can't even lift a plastic spoon.

Burst into tears.
Keep questioning her what happen.
she wouldn't tell me.
Asked if i had eaten, kenneth will tell me what happen on the way.

she urged me to go eat first. let kenneth explain to me.
Met up with my mom's company doctor.
Begin to realize she's actually suffering from serious depression.

all because of my DAD
She took over 50+ pills intended to control her depression state.
over-dosaged.
made her frail and weak.

lot's of stuffs she's not telling me.
haiz . i felt so useless !
Accompanied her for hours before i left.

Just couldn't accept it. Stuffs kept pouring down in my mind.

after we graduated, got ourselves a bike, we kept in contact since.

decided for a spin nearby .

Typical sporeans like myself + family,
took the Ferry instead =p
only cost like 30 bucks to Batam and waste 45 mins of your life !

last min plan.
went to meet SBF (singapore bike forum) kakis.
my 1st time meeting them tho.

reached toa payoh stadium carpark @ 11pm as planned.
a little lost on my way there as usual ;p
went to the carpark, saw only 1 soul there.
lawl.
mingled with him till 11.15, sudden bike roars coming in the car park.

5-8 bikes arrived.
11.30pm.
8-15 bikes came.
gawd, even the organizer was suprised.

only 10 people signed up for the event.
but last min, more then 20 bikes LOL.
some cars followed up too. weirdy weird-y..
whats more, a malaysian car came too.

a well planned event indeed, the organiser even went as far as printing flyers for us !
maps and directions on the destination we r going !
7 destinations around singapore, last stop town.

so we went in circles around toa payoh..
some could not catch up..
can't blame them too, too many bikes already.

so we went to some police academy and then to changi village.
had our supper there, all of us were farmished ! xD
saw some 'bapoks' there too =x

after supper, we went to OCH. (old changi hospital)

followed by clarke quay.

i recommend watching this 2 movies.
Muay thai chaiya and game plan.
while entertaining, both movies will make you shed tears for it.
its worth it. great movies i reckon. (:
